With some explanation to accompany them, here are the new, improved rules.
Membership to the Diana, the People's Princess Yahoo Group is closed at this
time. In fact, we are a private, by invitation only group now. We are no longer listed
in the Yahoo Directory, but we do still exist, LOL!
However, the following rules do apply to all current and invited members. This is a
much shorter version than the previous installment of rules, because all people who
are invited to this group will not be mentally disturbed, LOL! The rules are quite
simply and I am sure they will not be problem for all to comply with.
1. This is a trouble free group. Membership will be deleted for the person or people
who do not understand that getting along with other group members is essential.
2. Lurking is NOT an option! Participation is required for all incoming members and
all current members, or membership will eventually be terminated. I believe that a
successful group depends on the participation of ALL the members.
3. This is a group in tribute to Diana, Princess of Wales. Trashing Diana or her
sons, Princes William & Harry, is NOT allowed. It is important to note that many
members of this group are NOT fans of the British Royal Family. It is not a
requirement to dislike them in this group, but fighting with other members on behalf
of the royals will not be tolerated...been there, done that. This is not a group where
you will find anyone praising the likes of Charles and Camilla. Bottom line: it isn't
done and won't be done in this group. We are a group without conflict, and starting
one will not be a good idea. If you are in the group, or a new invited member,
please remember that this is a DIANA group. There are groups out there for Royal
Family lovers, but, trust me, this is not one of them, LOL!!
4. Any former group member who was deleted from the group for causing trouble
who tries to deceive me by using a different ID to try and worm their way back in by
invitation to have yet another nervous breakdown, WILL BE DELETED AS SOON
AS I AM KNOWLEDGEABLE ABOUT THEIR DECEPTION. The reason this group
is now private is because some obsessed former freak member decided to give it
another go. I have no patience for this inane behaviour-the circus left town a long
time ago.
5. On topic discussion is mandatory, however, occassionally straying briefly from
on topic discussions is accepted as long as it doesn't drag on. I'd prefer to keep the
focus on Diana and Diana-related topics, and would like MOST off topic
discussions to be conducted by private email. Thanks!
6. ALL pictures and animations, ideas, and postings that are made in the group
STAY in this group. This group is private and exclusive, and the contents are private
as well. Also, group advertising is not permitted. If you want to join to advertise your
own group, you and your post will be deleted. Photos in the photo section will be
Diana or William or Harry related photos, except in the photo funnies album.
Posting pictures of the Royal Family that do not include Diana and/or her sons just
takes up space, and they will be deleted. In other words, it wouldn't be a good idea
to post an awesome album of 100 Princess Anne pictures, LOL! If space becomes
an issue in the photo section, I will periodically delete the older photos to make
room for the new ones. REMEMBER-you are in a private group and all contents are
private as well.
7. If you decide to sell or trade items with another member, or have any lengthy off
topic discussions with another member that you want to finish, as I said previously,
please do it via private email. All transactions of any sales/trades between
members are to be done via private email as well. If there is a conflict in a
sale/trade, please do not bring it to the group. Please settle all private matters by
email.
One last note, since the archives have been deleted, the name COW or
COWMILLA, used to describe Camilla Parker Bowles, was originated HERE in the
Diana, the People's Princess Group back in clubs...post #85, on 5/31/99, by yours
truly, that would be me, LOL! One of my more noteworthy masterpieces in Diana
group/club history...so much so, that even the Diana Circle ripped me off, LOL!
Contrary to what you may have heard elsewhere, breathing IS allowed in the group,
but if you break the rules, you won't be breathing in the group for very long! LOL!
Don't let these rules frighten you off. All they mean is that if you aren't a moron, you
won't have a problem! LOL!
NEW ADDITION: Daily Links, Daily Video Clips, Diana's Birthday Balloon Release,
and my PERSONALLY created Diana animations are exclusive to the Diana, the
People's Princess Group. They are considered original ideas from the group
members, and should not appear in other groups by members belonging to the
DTPP group. I pay for use of the animation site and the video clip site. If you want to
use them, feel free to pay for them, too! Do NOT take them from my group. This
would be a no-no that would make your stay in the DTPP group a very short one! It
is very disturbing that people cannot be original, and have to copy another person's
group down to the last detail. If we have originality, why can't other people? LOL!
